These General Terms of Use govern access to and use of domister.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), operating under the name Domister.
Domister is an online store operated from Nuevo León, Mexico, primarily offering physical products to customers located in the United States.

VI. ONLINE SALES AND PRODUCT FULFILLMENT
Domister operates as an online retailer of physical products.
Certain products purchased through Domister may be stored, processed, fulfilled or shipped by third-party suppliers or logistics providers, including through a dropshipping fulfillment model.
The use of third-party suppliers to fulfill orders does not, by itself, change the fact that the customer's purchase is made through Domister when Domister is identified as the seller in the applicable transaction.
Product availability and estimated delivery times may depend on inventory, suppliers, carriers, destination and other logistical circumstances.
Any shipping or delivery estimate displayed on the Website should be understood in accordance with the applicable Shipping Policy and mandatory consumer-protection requirements.
